金属动力学性能的实验研究

摘    要:应用现代激光技术动态全息照相、错位散斑照相和摆锤撞击纯弯梁加载以及改进的分离式霍布金斯压杆对于几种合金钢在高温下的动态力学性能进行测定.介绍了实验装置以及数据处理技术。实验数据的分析表明:温度、应变率对金属材料的力学性能具有较大的影响。文章还讨论了变形的微观原因,以及进一步利用金属动力学性能的可能性和新测试技术的应用。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of several kinds of the alloy steel under high temperature and strain rate are measured by using dynamic holography, shearography, pure bending laoding method with pendulum impact and separated Hopkinson bar. The experimental set up and data processing techniques are introduced. Experimental results demonstrate that temperature and strain rate can greatly affect metal's dynamic characteristics. The micro-deformation reasons, the possibility of intensively making use of metal's dynamic characteristics and the application of this new technique are also discussed.
