甲壳胺/蓖麻油电流变液的导电特性研究

摘    要:考察了外加电场强度(E),固体颗粒浓度(C)及剪切速率(γ)对甲壳胺/蓖麻油电流变(ER)液导电特性的影响,结果表明,只有当外加电场强度和固体颗粒浓度高于临界值时,ER液的漏电流密度才有明显增大;当剪切速率高于临界剪切速率后,体系的漏电流密度将迅速下降。

Abstract:Factors influencing electric conductivity of an ER fluid containing chitosan particles in castor oil was investigated. The results showed that the leak current increased obviously only when applied field strength or particle concentration was higher than some critical value. It was also found that both shear stress and leak current density of chitosan based ER fluids increased with the increasing of deacetylation degree. The reason is likely the increasing of the number of moving ion (-NH 3).
