电伴热采油和输油工程设计

摘    要:在稠油和高凝油开采与输送过程中,电伴热工艺已得到广泛应用。针对各种电伴热系统,确定了电伴热状态下井筒和输油管道的温度场、压力场、合理的伴热深度(长度)及伴热功率,求出了自控温伴热电缆伴热各段的长度,并对电伴热采油工况进行了分析。研究结果表明,可以根据原油的性质选择伴热深度、强度及抽汲工况参数,根据节能原则、电缆成本和现场条件选择电伴热系统。

Abstract:Electric heat tracing technology has been widely used in the recovery and transportation of viscous oil. The temperature field and pressure field of wellbore and pipeline, rational heating depth(length) and power are determined for different heat tracing systems. The length of each segment for self limiting temperature heating strip and oil recovery conditions are obtained. The selection of heat tracing system and heat tracing parameters can be made based on oil property, electric cable price and oilfield conditions.
