| 摘 要： | 伴随着工业生产，交通运输以及城市建设的发展，噪声污染问题日趋严重，现今噪声已成为污染人类社会环境的一大公害，造成噪声污染的原因有很多，道路交通却是影响范围最广的噪声源，因此在城市噪声控制中，道路交通噪声的控制也受到最优先的考虑。本文主要通过1996年以来阜新市道路交通噪声的调查，分析了阜新市道路交通噪声的成因和变化趋势，并提出了降低道路交通噪声的措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of industrial production, communications and transportation as well as urban construction, the problem of noise pollution is becoming more and more serious. Now noise has become a big public hazard of polluting the environment of our human society. There are many reasons for noise pollution,communications and transportation are the noise sources which affect widely. So the control of the traffic noise of road is given the first consideration in the control of the urban noise. The article analyses the cause and the trend of changing and the solution of the traffic noise to road through the investigation since 1996. |
