| 摘 要： | 白领犯罪,是从犯罪主体分类的角度界定的犯罪类型.智能手段、职务依托和贪利目的构成了白领犯罪的“三位一体”.白领犯罪涵义丰富,特点鲜明,原因复杂,不易被发现和查处,造成的经济损失和社会损失往往较大;应准确地针对其特点,理性地采取多种措施予以应防控;以对智能型的手段对付智能型的白领犯罪是刻不容缓的重大选择.

| Abstract: | The white-collar crime is a criminal type defined in terms of the classification of criminal subject.Intelligent skills,duty convenience and greedy aim construct the "trinity" of the white-collar crime.The white-collar crime has rich meanings,distinct characteristics,and complex reasons.What's more,it is difficult to detect and deal with this kind of crime,which always leads to great economic losses and social losses.Thus,it is necessary to reasonably adopt various measures to prevent and control the white-collar crime exactly according to its characteristics.It's an extremely urgent and great choice to deal with intelligent white-collar crime by means of intelligent measures. |
