| 摘 要： | 以电力行业55家上市公司2008～2010年的财务数据为样本,分析了该行业的负债结构、股权结构以及火电企业的资本结构特征,结合整个电力行业宏观行情、上市公司自身特色、市场机制以及国家的方针政策,探究了电力行业上市公司目前资本结构的形成原因,并提出优化路径.
