| 摘 要： | 本文用系统的方法研究制造工艺过程 ,提出一种拓展的制造工艺形态学模型。该模型用与制造工艺过程的三个基本流程 (材料流程、能量流程和信息流程 )有关的形态结构要素的组合来描述各种制造工艺过程。它包含了所有制造工艺过程形态结构的可能性 ,提供了建立一种制造工艺过程的全部基本组成部分 ,给出了制造工艺过程领域而连贯的图像。应用该模型对各种制造工艺过程进行系统分析和横向比较 ,可以迅速地对其可能性与局限性作出综合评价 ,也可以利用它产生新的工艺方法设想。图 1 ,表 1 ,参 3。

| Abstract: | In researching into the manufacturing processes systematically,a developed morphological manufacturing processes (known and unknowen) are described by the combination of few morphological structure elements related to three fundamental flow of the manufacturing process (material flow,energy flow and information flow) in the model.The model contains all the possibilities of the morphological manufacturing process structure,provides all the basic igredients necessary to establish a manufacturing process,and shows a coherent and systematic picture of the manufacturing process field.When using the model in analyzing systematically and comparing horizontally the different manufacturing process,a quick survey of their possibilities and limications can be obtained,and the new idea of the manufacturing processes can be produced.1fig.,1tab.,3refs. |
