摘    要:本文把“修理设备可发生故障”引入到N-策略M/G/1可修排队系统中,考虑了 修理设备可更换的N-策略M/G/1可修排队系统.通过引进服务台的“广义修理时间”、顾客的“广义服务时间”和修理设备的“广义忙期”,讨论了系统的排队指标和服务台的可靠性指标.同时,使用全概率分解方法,利用拉普拉斯变换工具,重点讨论了修理设备的不可用 度和在(0,t]时间内的平均更换次数,并给出了数值计算实例.最后,本文在给定的费用结构下 讨论了最优策略N*的求解问题,并给出了数值计算例子.

Abstract:This paper considers the M/G/1 queueing system with N-policy and a replaceable repair facility in which the "repair facility subject to breakdowns" is introduced. By introducing into the "generalized repair time" of the service station, "generalized service time" of the customer and "generalized busy period" of the repair facility, we discuss the queueing indices of the system and the reliability indices of the service station. Meanwhile, the emphasis is upon obtained some reliability indices of the repair facility, such as the unavailability and the expected replacement number during (0, t] by using the total probability decomposition technique and the Laplace transform. Furthermore, some numerical examples are also given. Finally, we discuss the optimum policy N* and give an numerical example under the assumed cost structure model.
