| Abstract: | According to the conditions of our country's society and economy and the present situation of our country's irrigated areas, and connecting with advanced experiences of the foreign countries, this paper expounds that the water-saving irrigation should mainly start from aspects of engineering techniques, agricultural techniques, managerial techniques and adoption of advanced irrigation methods, and work out comprehensive water-saving measures in the light of local conditions for increasing water utilization ratio and production rate of single cubic of water. |
