浅议高校学报编辑的信息素质和敬业精神

编辑素质既包括以知识能力和信息处理为特征的智力因素，也包括以兴趣、爱好、敬业精神为特征的非智力因素。从当前高校学报编辑部的人员组成看，以知识为特征的学历资格和以能力为特征的工作资历一般都符合要求，而以信息处理为特征的岗位适应性，即编辑的信息素质却急待提高。至于非智力因素方面，由于当前高校管理政策的导向和市场经济、物质利益的驱动，如何发扬高校学报编辑的敬业精神，更是当务之惠。本试图从理论上对高校学报编辑的信息素质和敬业精神作一些深入讨论。

Information quality and working spirit of university journal editors

Editing quality includes the intellectual factors which are represented by the ability to obtain knowledge and to deal with information.Editing quality also includes the nonintellectual factors that are represented by the interest,hobby and working spirit.Editors are considered to be up to the mustard in terms of schooling and ability.But they are to be improved in terms of nonintellectual factors which are typically reflected by the information processing,i.e.the editors' information quality.Another problem that needs improving greatly is how to develop the working spirit under the circumstances in which university management policy,market economy and material benefit are functioning as a driving force.This paper attempts to present a further analysis of the information quality and the working spirit of university journal editors.
