跨栏跑心理障碍及其克服

摘    要:本文从跨栏跑的三个技术部分按其教学顺序,分别探讨了各个教学阶段的心理障碍形成的原因,从学习动机、学习兴趣、运动表象的形成等方面探讨,按认知的心理规律,找出了跨栏跑教学训练中克服心理障碍,提高教学训练效果行之有效的一些方法和手段。


The Psychological Obstacles in Hardle-races and their Being Surmounted
Abstract:In educational sequence of hurdle-races and in three different technical aspecrs, the anthor of this article reveals the causes of the psychological obstacles in various teaching stages. Moreover, on the basis of the psychological pattern of cognitin, the author approaches the students'learning intention and interest as well as their exercise ideas. and succeeds in finding some offective teaching ways and measures so as to surmount the students psychological obstacles and achieve better training results.
