网络服装原创品牌模式SWOT分析

摘    要:在电子商务中服装占有重要的地位,盈利模式也逐渐清晰。网络服装原创品牌是指那些主要依靠电子商务的方式进行销售和创建品牌的服装品牌类型。它是一种特殊的服装品牌模式和经营模式,具有顺应时代的变化、品牌建立的门槛比较低和更能满足消费者的需求等优点,同时也存在顾客习惯需要培养、企业规模小、资金少、经营管理能力还不完善以及品牌运作水平较低等问题。由于电子商务的发展,它不但有大量的市场机会,也面临着各种市场威胁与挑战。

Abstract:In the e-commerce,clothing occupies an important position,and the profit model is gradually clear.The original e-commerce clothing brand is the brand type mainly depends on the e-commerce sales.It is both a business way and a brand-building way.Such operations obviously are different from the traditional garment industry.Smoothly adapting to the market changes,relatively low threshold and efficiently meeting the customer needs are the advantages.How to develop the customer habit and enhance the management of the company and the brand are the difficulties.With the development of the e-commerce,the network original e-commerce clothing brand will meet not only opportunities,but also challenges.
