汉唐两朝在云南地区的治理政策及其影响之比较

两汉、唐朝都曾对云南进行了长期治理，但两汉的治理力度明显强于唐朝。设郡县、派驻大批官吏和军队、强化对地方首领的控制，使两汉在云南的统治不断深入，东汉永昌郡的设立，使云南全境完全纳入了中央王朝版图。到东汉结束时，已经有效管理云南330年，并使后来的蜀汉、西晋仍能有效管理云南。而唐朝更多地依靠和扶持地方势力管理云南，导致地方势力坐大，中央政府难以有效应对，南诏的崛起最终结束了唐朝对云南的控制，历时130余年的治理最终以失败收场。

On the Governance Policies of Han and Tang Dynasties in Yunnan Region and the Comparison of Their Impact

Han and Tang Dynasties had conducted Yunnan for a long term, but the governance intensity of Han was stronger than that of Tang Dynasty. Setting prefectures and counties, stationing a large number of officials and the military and strengthening the control of the local leaders, had deepened governance in Yunnan and the establishment of Yongchang County in Eastern Hail also made the whole territory of Yunnan fully integrate into the central dynasty territory. To the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, Yunnan has been effectively managed for 330 years, thus, which made the later Shu and Jin be able to manage this area effectively. The Tang Dynasty relied much more on local forces and supported them to govern Yunnan. Consequently, the local forces had expanded and the central government cannot deal with them effectively. Later, the rise of the Kingdom of Nanzhao finally ended the control of Tang Dynasty to Ynnnan. The governance which lasted 130 years ultimately ended in failure.
