摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收法对镇江市农产品批发市场出售的番茄中Mg,Fe,Cu,Zn等4种元素含量进行测定。结果表明,番茄中含有Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu等对人体有益的微量元素。

Abstract:The contents of four trace elements in tomatoes sold in Zhenjiang agricultural products wholesale market were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that red Fuji apple contains trace elements of Mg,Fe,Cu and Zn that are beneficial to human body.
