| Abstract: | The effective dielectric permittivity tensor of compositionally component graded films is investigated.It adopts the boundary conditions and the average field theory to formulate the equivalent dielectric permittivity tensor for two adjacent slices.Next the effective dielectric permittivity tensor of compositionally graded films is deduced with an effective effective-medium theory. |
