| Abstract: | By reasonably simplifying the isometric equation of ellipse, the interpolation method for crown modification of cylindrical gear is improved due to its on line real time direct implementation instead of conventional off line one. In this way, interpolating efficiency of the CNC system is improved and realtime control ability of the CNC system is enhanced for tooth grinding of the gear. |
