| 摘 要： | 以二-(2-乙基己酯)过氧二碳酸酯(EHP)为引发剂,在乙酸乙酯中进行氯丁橡胶(CR)与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)的接枝共聚反应。使用正交设计法和方差分析研究了共聚体系的 CR 与 BA 的配比、EHP 用量及反应温度等因素对 CR 与BA 接枝共聚反应的影响。接枝产物经 GPC 凝胶色谱和红外光谱表征。结果表明:在以 CR 与 BA 接枝共聚反应为主的反应过程中、伴有少量降解反应;使用 CR-BA接枝共聚物配制的胶粘剂在室温下粘结不经表面处理的聚烯烃包装材料,剥离强度可达1.03kN/m.

| Abstract: | The graft copolymerizatio of butyl acrylat(BA)oto chloropree ru- bber(CR) in ethyl acetate was carried out by using di(2-ethyl hexyl)pe- roxy dicarbonate(EHP)as an initiator.The effects of CR/BA(weight rat- io),the dosage of EHP and reacting temperature have been studied by using orthogonalizing design ang variance analysis,The product has been charac- terized by GPC and FTIR.The results show that the solubility behavior, the molecular weight and distribution of the graft copolymer as well as its bonding strength are different from those of CR.Some chai(?) degradati- on takes place during the graft copolymerization process.The stripping strength of the graft copolymer-based adhesive to the polyolefin packaging material without surface treatment is up to 1.03kN/m. |
