| 摘 要： | 法学教学方法改革是人才培养模式改革的一个重要环节.只有采用适合培养应用型法律人才教学方法,才能适应应用型法律人才的培养要求.案例教学法、模拟法庭教学法、诊所教学法是行之有效的能够培养学生实践能力教学方法,在实际教学中应根据情况加以采用.法学教学方法改革是一个系统工程,必须同时转变观念、加强实践教学和改善教学环境.

| Abstract: | The reform of the teaching method is an important link of university education. Only by adopting good methods, can wc meed the demand talented for trainning applied law talents person. Case teaching method, moot court method and clinic method have turned out to bc effective, which can bc used according to the actual situation, The reform of teaching method for law subjects is a systems engineering, so wc must change our conception, intensify the teaching practice and improve our teaching conditions, with the ameliorativc teaching environment. |
