千斤顶油缸冷挤压工艺及模具

摘    要:介绍了千斤顶油缸冷挤压工艺及模具设计 ,针对千斤顶油缸品种多、尺寸长、内孔精度高等加工难点 ,在冷挤压成形工艺参数的确定及模具结构设计上 ,采取了相应的措施 :合理确定坯料形状尺寸及中间工序 ;采用二工位冷挤压 (光 ) ;通用模架、组合凹模、组合凸模、窝式顶出器的设计等。降低了模具成本 ,节约了原材料、提高了零件质量及生产率 ,经济效益明显。该工艺及模具设计可作为千斤顶行业及其它内孔要求较高的长筒形零件加工时的参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the cold extroding process and die design of the oil cylinder of hydraulic jack are detailed.In the light of the difficult machining characteristics of the oil cylinder as rich breed,long measurement and higher accuracy for inner hole,the specifications of the cold extroding process were determined and the die structure is designed by taking the following measures:rationally determining the form dimensions and middle manufacturing operation of the billt;applying two working position cold burnishing;the design of interchangeable die set,segmental die,segmental punch and pit style lifter,etc. Thus, the cost of die is reduced and materials are saved,at the same time,the quality of parts and the production efficiency are raised,and better economic results were achieved.This process and die design can be as a reference for hydraulic jack and the processing of other long barrel parts of which inner hole demandes higher accuracy.
