竞走运动员的营养策略

摘    要:以吉首大学竞走运动员为研究对象,根据竞走项目代谢特点和训练特点,确定了运动员训练期的营养策略、制定出食谱方案,提出训练后1-2小时以内及时补充糖是营养策略的关键,入足量的VB1,VB2,Vpp,铁元素,达到平衡膳食,是尽快消除疲劳,提高运动训练质量的保证。

Abstract:The authors of this article. aftcr studying the metabollsm characters of heel-and-toerace walkers of Jishou University, propose a nutrition replenishment scheme for sportsmenduring their training period, pointing out that the key point of the scheme is to replenish carbohydrate within 3 hours after training, and that taking in sufficient quantity of VB1, VB2, andVpp will guarantee the balance of diet and the quality of training.
