摘    要:应用NewtonRaphson法直接对冷连轧过程控制负荷分配进行求解计算,从计算精度、计算时间、求解稳定性方面探讨了该算法的特点·给出了初始值计算方法,并对雅可比矩阵进行了简化计算·针对轧制过程中的打滑现象提出对负荷分配得到的压下率进行修正·该方法已被用于冷连轧机组在线控制,实践证明了该算法的准确性和可靠性·

Abstract:Load distribution of tandem cold mill process control was calculated directly by Newton Raphson iterative calculation. The accuracy,time and stability of this method were discussed. The algorithm for initial value calculations and simplified calculation for Jaccobi matrix were established. The correction calculation for each stand reduction which had been obtained by load distribution calculation, was carriedout in order to avoid the slip phenomenon of No.5 stand because of the increase of rolling length. The control method has been put in use being very good. For actual on line control of tandem cold mill and the accuracy and reliability have been proved.
