| 摘 要： | 在阐述三峡库区发展低碳文化意义的基础上,分析了三峡库区发展低碳文化面临的挑战,提出了三峡库区发展低碳文化的有关对策和建议：切实转变思想观念,牢固树立低碳文化意识;健全政策法规,推进低碳制度文化建设;大力发展库区低碳产业文化;努力发展农村低碳能源文化;认真发展低碳技术文化;加强管理,促进库区文物保护的低碳化;发展以低碳文化为特色的旅游业;依靠低碳科技进步加强生态环境保护和建设;凝聚共识,共同实施和发展低碳文化。
