| Abstract: | This paper expounds the developing history of the library management and the necessity of carrying out the people-based management in the library, points out that the purpose of carrying out the people-base management in the library is to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of each librarian and satisfy the requirements of the readers at maximum limit, and put forward some concrete modes and methods for carrying out the people-base management. |
