| 摘 要： | 研究了喷码墨水成分中的溶剂、树脂、导电盐、添加剂、染料等原料的选择及其配比对墨水的黏度、电导率、挥发性等主要性能指标的影响;根据国内外品牌喷码打印机的性能要求,通过上机调试,对不同机型的喷码墨水配方及制备工艺进行了优化研究,获得优化配方.以甲基乙基酮为溶剂,丙烯酸树脂为成膜剂,采用染料与树脂分别溶解再混合的制备工艺,所得喷码墨水产品性能稳定,喷打字迹均匀清晰,对底物(尤其是聚烯烃类)附着力强.
