| 摘 要： | 对中间产品的分类成组是实现中间产品定置、专业化生产的前提条件，但现有的分类方法大多是定性的。应用聚类分析方法实现了中间产品分类成组的定量化，介绍了中间产品特征的数字化方法、相似度的表达及聚类分析的一般步骤与算法。对几个典型的部件分类成组的结果表明，聚类分析方法是可行的。

| Abstract: | Classification of interim products is the premise to produce specialization. Most of the classification methods used before are qualitative. A clustering analysis method was introduced to realize the quantitative classification. An interim products characteristics measurement method was presented, as well as the similarity coefficients of samples and general procedure and arithmetic of clustering analysis method. As an example, some typical subassemblies were classified with clustering analysis method. The method proves feasible for the interim product classification. |
