| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会要求企业必须履行一定的社会责任,以实现企业和其利益相关者各方的共赢.文章就当前我国部分企业社会责任缺失的原因进行了深入的分析,在此基础上对如何强化企业的社会责任提出粗浅的对策.
