| 摘 要： | 在分析端盖零件压铸工艺的基础上,论述了压铸模的设计要点.利用UG软件强大的三维造型功能,使用UG建模模块中的旋转、阵列、倒圆等实体特征,构造出端盖的三维数据模型,并完成了端盖的压铸模设计.缩短了模具的设计和制造时间,增加了市场竞争力.

| Abstract: | Based on analyzing die casting process of cover part, the authors discuss the main points of the design of die casting mould. Take advantage of the powerful function in drawing 3D model of UG, the authors use the features such as Revolve, Array, Fillet etc.to construct the 3D data modeling of the cover and its die casting mould . Therefore, the time of making mould is shortened, and the market competitivness is enhanced. |
