| 摘 要： | 文章分析了“信息孤岛”的成因及危害,提出了我国信息化进程中消除“信息孤岛”的策略,包括统一规划和技术标准,以信息资源管理为核心,对已建立的信息系统进行有效整合,加快培养信息化人才,重视政府对企业和公众服务的信息化。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the geneses and harms of " information islet" , puts forward some tactics of iliminating " information islet" in the course of informatization of China, including unifying planning and technical standards, making effective integration for established information systems taking the management of information resources as the core, accelerating the trainning of informatized talents, and paying attention to the informatization of the services provided by the government for the public. |
