| Abstract: | This paper describes how to evaluate a TravelSmart program's performance using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A TravelSmart program's performance evaluation requires more comprehensive analysis than its economic evaluation. This paper introduces a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes the performance indicators of a TravelSmart program, constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation form for the TravelSmart program, and builds a two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating a TravelSmart program's performance. |
