| 摘 要： | 以某炼油厂的催化重整整置为对象，研制开发了国内第一套仿集散型催化重整全流程仿真培训系统。采用集总的方法建立了重整反应器的动态数学模型，同时考虑了催化剂的活性因素，使模型适用于不同催化剂和催化剂的不同时期。该系统已成功地应用于该厂开工前的培训。

| Abstract: | A newly training simulator for the catalytic reforming proces of a refinery has been devel-oped,and successfully applied to the training of operators before and after the startup of the refinery.Thedynamic mathematical model of reforming reactor is established by using lumps.A corrective factor forcatalyst is introduced which makes the models be applicable for different catalysts,and catalysts in differ-ent reaction period. |
