摘    要:建立以高效液相色谱法测定肝康颗粒中阿魏酸含量的方法。采用反相高效液相色谱法测定康颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。高效液色谱条件为:色谱柱,Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm);流动相,甲醇-0.085%磷酸(38:62);检测波长316 nm;流速1.0 mL·min~(-1);柱温为25℃。阿魏酸进样量在75.2~752 ng范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=7066.1X-42190(r=0.9994,n=6);平均加样回收率为99.46%,RSD=1.33%。本方法操作简便、准确、灵敏度高可用于肝康颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:To estabilish a HPLC method for the determination of Ferulaic acid in GanKang granule.A reversed-phase HPLC was used to determine the content of Ferulaic acid in GanKang granule.The separation was performed on a C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm).The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of menthol-0.085% orthophosphoric acid(38:62,v/v),with the detection wavelength at 316 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min~(-1) and the column temperature was 25℃.The calibration curve was linear within the sample size range 75.2~752 ng,the regression equation was Y = 7066.1X - 42190(r = 0.9994,n = 6),and the average recovery was 99.46%(RSD%= 1.33).The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can be used for the quality control of GanKang granule.
