| 摘 要： | 教学团队建设是“质量工程”的重要组成部分，该文根据我院近年来化学工程专业教学团队建设的实践，剖析了团队建设的思路和内容，对化工专业实验教学团队的建设实践提出了一些建议。实践表明，教学团队能够造就高素质的师资队伍，有效提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The construction of teaching team is the key component of the quality--oriented education.Based on the practice of chemic engineering teaching team of our faculty,this paper analyzes the connotation and methods for the construction of chemical engineering teaching team.Some useful suggestions are also provided for the team construction and the present teaching system reform.Our practice shows that the teaching team can effectively promote the growth of high--quality teachers and improve the quality of talent cultivation. |
