基于电磁检测原理的疲劳裂纹检测方法

摘    要:为了适应比较恶劣的疲劳裂纹检测环境,如工件表面附有涂层或者附有腐蚀残留物的情况,提出了一种基于电磁检测原理的疲劳裂纹检测方法。该方法中采用自激振荡激励原理和两路信号处理方式。对带有人工缺陷的45#钢试样的检测结果表明,与常规方法相比,在相同的条件下灵敏度可以提高3 dB以上,提离效应得到了抑制。用该方法可检测出0.8mm涂层下深度为0.1mm的人工表面裂纹缺陷。

Abstract:Fatigue cracks must often be measured in bad testing environments where the work piece facet is coated by corrosion.Therefore,electromagnetic testing based on the self-excitation oscillation principle with two-dimensional signal processing was developed to detect fatigue cracks in bad environments.A 45~# steel specimen with artificial defects was used to verify the method.The results show that the sensitivity of the method is more than 3 dB better than conventional methods for the same conditions while lift-off effects are reduced.A 0.1 mm deep artificial surface defect covered by a 0.8 mm thick coating can be detected by the method.
