食品分析实践教学改革研究

摘    要:实践教学是培养应用型专业技术人才的关键,为了提高高职食品专业教学质量,实现人才培养目标,文章针对食品分析实践教学过程中存在的问题,从教学内容、教学方法和学生考核方式上对食品分析实践教学改革进行了一定的分析和探讨.

Abstract:Practice teaching is the key of training applied professional and tech nical talent.In order to improve the teaching quality of food department in hig her vocational schools and realize the target of training talents,the article a nalyzes the existing problems of the practice teaching process of food analysis. And it made certain analysis and investigation on the practice teaching reform of food analysis from the teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment met hod on students.
