| Abstract: | Practice teaching is the key of training applied professional and tech nical talent.In order to improve the teaching quality of food department in hig her vocational schools and realize the target of training talents,the article a nalyzes the existing problems of the practice teaching process of food analysis. And it made certain analysis and investigation on the practice teaching reform of food analysis from the teaching contents,teaching methods and assessment met hod on students. |
