试论代际知识传承的新变化及其对老龄化社会的影响

从文化传播学的新角度,论述了传统社会和现代社会的不同代际知识传承模式及其对社会代际关系的不同作用与影响。在社会老龄化速度不断加快的今天,必须根据社会代际知识传承的新变化,对社会代际关系形成新的认识与思考,及时地做出应对反应,采取有效措施,以适应老龄化社会的现实需要。相关对策有:正确认识当代代际知识传播的新变化;老年人主动提高对现代社会的适应能力;实现家庭关系民主化和代际关系平等化;发展社会化养老事业;弘扬与提倡中国优良的传统文化。

The New Changes of Knowledge Transmission among Generations and Their Influence on the Aging Society

This paper focuses on the knowledge transmission and the relationship among generations.From the perspective of culture and communication studies,the author compares and analyzes attributes of the knowledge transmission among generations in a modern society and in a traditional society respectively,according to five aspects such as transmitter,content,receptor,media and its effect.She also presents two models of knowledge transmission in both societies as well as the influences on the relationship among generations accordingly.The conclusion is,when the aging of the society accelerated,the new changes of knowledge transmission among generations asks to renew the concept of the traditional relationship among generations and,in order to meet those requirements of the aging society,it is necessary to execute effective measures and implement relevant policies.After all,the author gives several suggestions that,today,the old generation should improve their ability to adapt to the modern society;the traditional relationship among generations and families should be democratized and equalized;the society should develop its welfare for aging people and promote the positive parts of Chinese traditions and culture.
