苦荞麦胚乳细胞初始细胞壁形成的方式

利用半薄切片的方法研究了苦荞麦胚乳细胞化过程中细胞壁的来源，发现苦荞麦胚乳细胞的初始垂周壁来源于中央细胞壁内突和细胞板，但未观察到明显的成膜体。胚乳细胞的初始平周壁来自于胚乳细胞平周分裂形成的细胞板。胚乳内层的细胞壁可以由胚也细胞壁分支相接分支相接形成。在胚乳细胞化初期观察到胚乳瘤。

Formation of the First Cell Wall of Endosperm Cell in Fagopyrum tataricum

The development of endosperm cell wal l during Fagopyrum tataricum endosperm cellularization was studied with the se mi-thin section technology.The first anticlinal wall of endosperm cell arises from the wall projection of the central cell,the cell plate,but the phragmoplast is not seen.The first periclinal wall of endosperm cell arises from cell plate which is the result of normal cytokinesis.The meeting of wall branch of endospe rm cell can form wall of the inner layer endosperm cell.Endosperm nodules are fo und at the early stage of endosperm development.
