新型全螺栓连接承载力的试验研究及性能分析

摘    要:为进一步完善方钢管柱与钢梁之间连接,提出一种半刚性的新型全螺栓单边梁柱节点连接,这种连接方法具有现场安装方便,造价经济,以及较好的侧移变形能力和抗震性能,所以对于轻钢结构是一种理想连接方式。本文对不同螺栓直径(M16、M20)10.9级高强螺栓与不同厚度钢板(Q345)之间全螺栓连接的32个试件进行了抗压试验,在试验数据分析基础上总结了不同组合连接试件破坏特征以及新型全螺栓抗压强度的变化规律,并且根据有关机械零件强度计算公式,推导出不同组合下新型全螺栓抗压承载力公式,为进一步设计和研究新型全螺栓连接节点提供依据。试验结果表明:极限破坏状态主要为组合板螺纹牙脱扣强度破坏:螺栓直径和组合板板厚是新型全螺栓连接承载力的重要影响因素;推导出的承载力公式为安全考虑,建议K_m取值为较小值0.7。

Abstract:To further improve the connection between the square steel pipe and glrder,the paper proposes a new semi-rigid and all-sided screw boh joints connecting which includes the following features: convenient installation,economic cost, good lateral deformation and seismic performance,so this kind of connection mode for light steel structure is a kind of ideal connection method. The paper weld the different diameter (M16,M20) 10.9-class high-strength bolts with different thickness steel plate (Q345) and carried the compression test in the 32 connected specimer/, the different combination connection specimen failure characteristics and the changing rule of the compressive strength of the new bolt in the connected specimen was analyzed and summarized based on experimental data and in accordance with the relevant calculation formula of mechanical parts' strength is derived compressive bearing capacity of the new bolt under different combination formula which was amended to provide direct experimental evidence for further design and research in new full bolted nodes.The test results showed that the ultimate destruction condition is the main thread of the combination plate tripping strength damage. Meanwhile,the bolt diameter and the thickness of the composite panels are the main influencing factors of the bearing capacity of the new bolt connection.For safety,it is recommended that the Km values is 0.7.
