磁力显微镜中镍针尖的制备

摘    要:讨论了磁力显微镜中的镍针尖的制备技术;并通过改进以往采用直流电化学腐蚀方法制备针尖的电路,可以在金属丝被腐蚀断裂瞬间获得更短的腐蚀电流切断时间,当腐针电路切断时间减少到200ns时,可重复获得半径优于10nm的镍针尖。

Abstract:A technique for preparing nickel tips used in magnetic force microscope is discussed. And a method for shortening the cut off time of the etching current by improving the circuit of the DC electrochemical etching is also presented. When the cut off time of the etching current is shortened to 200?ns , nickel tips with radiuses that are less than 10nm can be obtained.
