四川溲疏属的数量分类研究

摘    要:以四川溲疏属25种(或变种)为分类运算单位,取用40项特征性状进行测量及编码,选用距离系数矩阵作运算结果,以UPGMA法聚类,并采用结合线方法确定出分类学等级划分线,从树系图可知: 1.四川产溲疏分为小花溲疏组(Sect.Merodeutzia Schn.)与溲疏组(Sect.Deutzia)。 2.溲疏组下划分成溲疏亚组(Subsect.Deutzia)伞花亚组(Subsect.Cymorae)及狭萼亚组(Subsect.Stenosepalae Schn.);长江溲疏(D.schneideriana)应改为隶属溲疏亚组。 3.伞花亚组下建立多辐系(Ser.Multiradiatae P.He)及寡辐系(Set.Pauciradiatae P.He)是适当的。 4.对繁花溲疏(D.corymbiflora)、长梗溲疏(D.vilmorinae)及西康溲疏(D.sikangensis)等疑难分类群处理基本上与形态分类相吻合。

Abstract:Studies on numerical taxonomy of the genus Deutzia of Sichuan are presented in the paper. An original data matrix with 25 OTU's and 40 characters were recorded. The selected characters may be classified into three types, namely, binary characters, multistate (ordinal and disordinal) characters, and continuous quantuitative characters. The method nsed here is cluster analysis in which the Distance Coefficients secured from the standardized data matrix were clustered by the unweighed pair-group method using arithmetic average likage (UPGMA). The dendrogram using UPGMA, bassed on Distance Goeffient is presented in Fig.2. The combined line (Fig.1) is applied to dividing the taxa.1. The dendrogram using UPGMA shows that the 25 species and varieties are apparently classified into two natural sections named Sect. Mesodeutzia C. K. Schn. (OTU1-3) and Sect. Deutzia (OTU4-25).2. From the dendrogram, Sect. Deutzia (B-1. 78-phenon) may be obviously sub-divided into three subsections (No. 1-3-1.44-phenons in Fig.2), which agree with those of classical taxonomy,i.e. Subsect. Cymosae Rehd. (OTU4-13), Subsect. Stenosepalae C. K. Schn. (OTU14-21) and Subsect. Deutzia (OTU25). The species D. schneideriana Rehd. ought to be reascertained into Subsect. Deutzia from Subsect. Stenosepalae C. K. Schn.3. The dendrogram reveals the resonability of establishing two new series [Ser. Multiradiatae P. He(OTU6,7) and Ser. Pauciradiatae P. He (OTU8-13)] in Subsect. Cymosae Rehd. 4. The treatment for some doubtful taxa: D. corymbiflora, D. vilmorinae and D. sikangensis are basically identical with the former taxonomy.
