中,小学班集体团结水平与成员态度的心理学研究

摘    要:本研究用团结系数测量法测评中、小学班集体的团结水平,研究不同团结水平班级的学生对班长、班主任、自我和班集体的态度倾向。结果表明,(1)团结水平高的班级,其成员在上述几个态度项目上,均明显高于团结水平低的班级,未见年级上差异。(2)在相同团结水平的班级,学生的上述态度指标出现了明显的年级差异:中、小学班主任受学生拥戴的程度,远高于对班长的拥戴,对班主任的拥戴中、小学生之间有显著差异,中学生对班集体的评价显著低于小学生。(3)学生对班主任、自我和班集体的评价,基本上无性别差异。对班长的态度有性别差异。

Abstract:This research explored the solidary level of school classes using the solidary coefficient measure method and the attitude of its schoolers to the class monitor, to the class sponsor, to the class collective and to oneself. The subjects of this experiment are based on 974 schoolers from 21 classes and 36 teachers and school leaders in some primary and secondary schools. This findings show.1. The attitude of schoolers to the class monitor, to the class sponsor, to the class collective and to oneself are significantly higher in the high solidary classes than in the low ones. But there is no significant grade difference whatever the primary and secondary school. The solidary coefficient measure method is an effective method to assess the level of solidarity to a school.2. There is significant grade difference to the class monitor, to the class sponsor, to the class collective and to oneself in the classes which solidary level are the same.3. The class sponsors are more beloved than the class monitors in both primary and secondary schools.4. The students in the secondary school make a lower assessment to the class than the primary school children.5. There is a little difference between school boys and school girls to the class monitor; and there is no significant difference between boys and girls to the class sponsor, to the class collective and to oneself.
