| 摘 要： | 主要分析了传统苎麻纺纱工艺中针刺梳理的缺点,提出采用牵切式平行梳理代替原工艺中的针齿梳理工艺,试纺中对纺制65Nm纯苎麻纱的工艺进行探讨、改进和优化设计,解决了工艺难点,得出合理的工艺路线和工艺参数.

| Abstract: | The main problem of traditional ramie is discussed and parallel carding is employed instead of the needle teeth carding technology.The technology of how to improve and optimize the design,solve the difficult process of Spinning 65 Nm pure ramie yarn is dealt with and reasonable process and parameters are reached. |
