基于BOOST电路功率因数预调节器的设计

摘    要:电力电子装置的大量应用,不可避免地给电力系统注入了越来越多的谐波,使该系统的功率因数降低,对电磁环境的构成了污染,针对较为常用的功率因数调节器系统的动态特性,采用平均电流控制方式,介绍了以UC3854为核心的基于BOOST电路功率因数预调节器的原理,给出了系统的电感、滤波电容、电压环以及电流环的主要参数设计方法,建立了数学模型并做了系统仿真。实验结果表明,系统的功率因数可以达到0.99以上,且具有较好的纹波和动态特性。

Abstract:The extensive applications of power electronic converter unavoidably produce more and more harmonics, reduce the power factor and pollute the electric magnetic environment. Using integrate circuit UC3854, the principle of power factor pre regulator based on BOOST topology was introduced. Average current control was adopted and the dynamic characteristics of common power factor corrector were analyzed. The system parameters of the inductor, filter capacitor, voltage and current loop were designed. The model of the power factor pre regulator was presented and the computer simulation for the system was completed. The experiment results show that the system's power factor is well above 0.99, while it has low output voltage ripple and fine dynamic performance.
