红豆杉及其产物紫杉醇研究概况

摘    要:红豆杉属(Taxus L)作为珍贵的药用植物资源,应进行合理开发、重点保护、大量繁育。人类的迫切需求使红豆杉及紫杉醇成为人们的研究热点,随着研究的深入,取得了很多成果。根据国内外研究报道介绍了获取抗癌药物紫杉醇的几种途径:红豆杉的人工种植途径,植物组织培养途径,生物合成途径,化学合成及微生物生产途径。认为组织培养是缓解需求的重要方法,生物、化学合成将是根本解决药源的最终途径。相信通过重点研究,紫杉醇高技术、产业化生产会很快实现。

Abstract:The plants of Taxus L.., as precious pharmaceutic plant resouce should be properly exploited, specially protected and mass reproduced. The ergent demand of human being has made TaxusL. And taxol the heafpoint of researches. With the development of the research work on the subject, quite a few products has been achieved. Based on the published reports, the paper introduced. Several pathways of acquing taxol as a kind of anticancer medicine: artificial plantation, plant tissue culture, biological compound, chemical compound and microbial production. It is considered that plant tissue culture is an important method to alleviate human's demand, while biological and chemical compound are ultimate methods to solve the problem of pharma ceutical source. By focused research, the high technically and industrially production oftaxol is believed to be put into practice very soon.
