二齿新蚤的对数线性回归模型

摘    要:利用生存分析的方法,建立了二齿新蚤新羽化蚤在羽化后未吸血的雌蚤和雄蚤,羽化后吸一次血再未吸血的雌蚤和雄蚤,羽化后每日喂血一小时的雌蚤,羽化后每日喂血一小时的雄蚤四种水平下的对数线性回归模型和危险率模型,得到如下结论:首先,危险率随着温度的增高而增大,随着湿度的增高而减小,并且温度对二齿新蚤的生存影响大于湿度。其次,在相同的温度湿度下,生存到某天的危险率随着吸血条件的改善而降低。另外,高温低湿不利于蚤的生存,而低温高湿有利于蚤的生存。

Abstract:In this paper, the authous constructed the log-linear regression models of Neopsylla Bidentiformis at four levels: no blood-sucking female flea and male flea, only once blood-sucking female flea and male flea, female flea blood-feeding for an hour a day, male flea blood-feeding for an hour a day. Then we drew some conclusions. First, the hazard rate of flea increased with the temperture increasing, but decreased with the relative humidity, and the temperture had more effects on the flea than the relative humidity . Second,on the condition of the same temperture and humidity, the hazard rate of flea in a certain day decreased with the nutrition improving. In addition, both high temperture and low humidity did great harm to the survival of flea, but low temperture and high humidity did good to the survival of flea.
