因子分析-光度法同时测定苯酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚混合体系

摘    要:本文采集多酚混合体系的紫外光谱数据,用因子分析技术对数据进行分析,测定结果三组分的回收率分别为:苯酚97.76 3.27%;间苯二酚94.93 4.49%;对苯二酚97.57 2.49%。结果表明因子分析方法是同时测定低浓度不宜分离混合体系组分的较好方法。

Abstract:A series of UV-spectrophotometric data of a mixture which consist of phe-nol, resorcinol and hydroguinone were analyzed by using Factor Analysis method. Eight synthetic mixture samples were determined simultaneously with satisfactory results. The average recoveries are 97.762% for phenol, 94. 98%for resorcinol, 97. 57% for hydrogu-inone.
