| 摘 要： | 党的十七届四中全会明确提出了建设马克思主义学习型政党的要求。如何在党建活动中切实建设高校学习型党组织,是摆在高校面前的一个战略性课题。高校党组织要贯彻党的十七届四中全会精神,建设高校马克思主义学习型党组织,必须做到三个到位,即认识到位、部署到位、机制到位。
