高校服装专业人才培养中存在的问题与对策

现代服装行业需要既擅长设计，又懂工艺、懂流行时尚、懂市场营销的综合性人才，但是，目前的服装教育局限于技能的培养，不能全面把握服装的内涵，不能做到课程设置与职业属性的无缝对接，不能做到艺术与技术的完美结合，培养出的学生不能驾驭市场，竞争力较弱。为此，我国服装教育应深化改革，紧紧围绕市场要求，走产学合作道路，构建既完善又灵活的教学体系，创新教学模式和教学方法，只有这样，才能为我国服装行业培养更多的复合型高技能人才。

On the Supply and Demand Dislocation of Clothing Talents

Currently, with the further advancement of the clothing industry, there have been two directions in the development of clothing education - developing within the academics based on the internal logics of various subjects, or developing within the industry based on the internal relationship of various production activities. No matter which direction it takes, the prerequisite of professional clothing education is to serve the society and its objective is to accelerate the development of the clothing industry. Therefore, clothing education needs to emphasize the importance of achieving a balance between academics and meeting industry needs. However, some research indicates that in clothing education there is a fundamental gap between educating for the academics and training for the talents needed by the industry.
