摘    要:通过对四种禾本科牧草种子在6个盐浓度下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等萌发指标的观测,比较、评价其耐盐性,并观察盐胁迫解除后的种子萌发的情况.结果表明:随着复合盐浓度的增加,四种牧草种子的萌发均有不同程度的下降趋势,低浓度盐分对种子的萌发有促进作用.四种牧草种子具有不同的耐盐性,披碱草与虎尾草耐盐性较强,朝鲜碱茅次之,星星草种子的耐盐性相对较差.一定浓度的盐胁迫对种子的萌发有刺激作用.

Abstract:In this article, the salt resistance of the seeds of four grasses varieties through change of germinal indicators, such as seed germination percentage, germination potentiality and germination index etc in six different salt concentrations in laboratory was observed, compared and valuated. After removing the salt stress, the condition of the seed germination were also observed . The results showed that the condition of seed germination of 4 forage species had a decreasing tendency of different degrees with the increasing of mixed salt concentrations. Low salt concentrations have a certain stimulus to seeds germination . The seed of all 4 forage species presented salt tolerance to a certain extent. Salt resistance of elymus dahuricus turcz and chloris virgata are the highest and that of puccinellia chinampoensis is lower, Puccinelliatenuiflorais lowestto compare to the others. A certain salt concentration of salt stress has a stimulus to seeds germination.
