| 摘 要： | 要适应时代的发展跟上时代的步伐,必须培养和造就大批具有创新素质和工作能力的人才,必须把学校建成具有培养创新素质和工作能力的人才摇篮.毕业设计是大学生系统学习专业知识后,进行的具有总结性的工程、科研训练,是学生综合运用所学知识进行设计实践的重要环节,在这个环节中,根据社会的需求,努力注重素质与能力的培养,培养创新素质高和工作能力强的各类合格人才,以满足社会的需求.培养面向21世纪的高级专门人才.
