| 摘 要： | 组织“按图行车”是实现铁路运输管理现代化的重要方面。本文根据调查资料,研究了当前我国铁路实现“按图行车”的现状、货物列车晚点的一般规律,并据以提出了进一步提高我国铁路组织“按图行车”水平的意见。

| Abstract: | Organizing "train operation in accordance with train diagram" is an important aspect of realizing railway transport management moder- nization. On the basis of in vestigations, this article studies the existing condition of organizing "train operation in accordance with train diagram" on Chinese railways and the general regularity of freight train delay. Moreover, according to the above study, this paper presents suggestions on further improvement of organizing "train operation in accordance with diagram" on Chinese railways. |
